Voogdy Trust is located in the Boland town of Stellenbosch. Hennes Louw, who headed the firm until 9 May 2022, was a full tax partner at PwC from 1998 to June 2012. After the rules regarding the independence of auditors made it impossible to continue the business within PwC, Voogdy Trust bought it from PwC and is currently running it for its own account. Collaboration with PwC and various other accountants is still on a sound level, with a mutual utilisation of skills.

Voogdy Trust commenced its estate advisory services on 1 July 2012. Our aim is to provide clients with professional and expert advice in order to limit wealth tax as far as possible within legal provisions and ensure peace of mind that their estate is in order. We try to achieve this by offering our clients specialised and professional knowledge and providing them with personal service and attention.

Hennes Louw was an integral part of the undertaking and Voogdy Trust proudly tries to continue and develop the legacy he left us.
